I think this is probably good news. I just hope it doesn't create an overly litigious society like it seems here in the U.S. Sometimes people use the laws for personal gain or just because they can. I feel I can choose not to listen to sexist jokes or open e-mails from people known to me to be inappropriate. I certainly wouldn't waste my time and energy suing them.
