Women, and increasingly men, are opting to dress down to the bare essentials when possible, often believing the more flesh they expose the sexier they become. Once, the mere sight of a naked knee was thought too prurient. Now, nearly every body part is on show and the fashion is about how low can you go — or how high, in the case of short-short skirts. Modesty is in short measure, as are T-shirts, skirts, dresses and swimsuits.
