what a stupid law........I have seen more humans walking around dirtier than a dog. This is a good example of frivolous laws and why most people these days don't obey any laws...just sit sipping your latte,with your dog and watch the people race through the red lights..now that might get you killed...but Fido minding his own business at someones feet, NO way. LOL

Although you cannot bring your Pupster into a restaurant there are outside tables and generally every one of em has a hound manging around beneath em. Coffee shops are Dawg Meets. It's the way is should be......
