Police in Chifeng, the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, slapped the charge of "coercive indecency" on a man whose tongue was bitten off by a woman he forcibly kissed on the street in September.

I just found out today that a freind I used to work with was (probably) raped, and murdered in her home before he burned her house down...he was a convicted sex offender...women simply must not allow themselves to be victimized, in any way or these wackos think they can get by with it...good for her
