Both the prefecture and the Japan Agricultural Cooperative (JA) branch here are investigating after some 1,300 tubes of prized bull semen went missing and a person connected with the material committed suicide.

I don't blame anyone for making jokes. Still find it sad, however. Suicide just not a laughing matter to me. But I just have a different view of it, so forgive me.
