A MAN who admitted having sex with a sleeping woman has been found not guilty of rape after a jury agreed he was sleepwalking.
Trent John Pobar, 29, and his family all began crying as the foreman read out the unanimous "not guilty" verdict after three hours and 10 minutes.
Mr Pobar admitted to having sex with the woman at Katherine, but said he had a history of parasomnia - performing complex motor behaviours in his sleep - and had not done it voluntarily.

Now that would have been a better defense for O.J. Simpson. How rediculous have we become as a nation to allow a admitted rapist freedom.
The old' "your honor, I was sleeping, but it has a mind of it's own" defense. Works everytime.
