As thousands of Nigerians flee to their home regions following a spate of Islamist killings of southerners and revenge attacks on mosques and northerners, the BBC's Abdullahi Tasiu Abubakar considers whether the situation has parallels to the 1967 civil war, which left some one million people dead in Africa's biggest oil producer.

The president of Nigeria says the Hoko Haram or Boko Haram whatever they call themselves has infiltrated his government. If that is true, then he needs to declare a national clandestine investigation of all elected political officials, because anyone found to be a member, supporter or having any form of relationship with a terrorist oganization will have voluntarily commited a treason against the national government and must be charged and brought to justice. The president needs to terminate the current defense minister, reorganise the national police force. Infact the nigerian police force needs to be decentralised by state, local, city and township independency. Hoko Haram or Boko Haram can be dismantled. They are worthless group of militants. Thay have no militant superiority, a clandestine operation is needed to quash those holigans. They are nigerians just like everybody else. They have no power. Mr. President there are at least 10 millions nigerians around the world with law enforcement training, that are ready to go covert on them idiots, you need to ask for their professional expertise. Mr. President you need to give the EFC autonomous power to prosecute all those that have stolen from the public since 2002, they all need to be retried for their role in making their respective states poorer that than expected. All the governors who held position since 2001 must again be retried for treasonal crimes against humanity, financial exploitation, neglect of duties and more expectantly a violation of their national oath to serve and protect the image of their state and the national constitution. Boko Haram or Hobo Haram can be exterminated.

The president of Nigeria and those around him are over educated in wrong ways, but, “Education is not the filling of a bucket but the lighting of a fire”, the result is today 200 dead and counting.

The government's solution seems to be increased security spending. In this year's budget, N921 billion (US$5.5 billion - almost 20 percent of the country's whole budget) was allocated to security spending. Some of that might be necessary - better equipment for bomb detection units, and communication and transport - but there is a clear accent on procurement rather than on human resource development or structural and procedural changes which might make security institutions more effective. Recently, the government signed off on a mammoth US $470 million deal for Chinese CCTV equipment for the capital Abuja - but bigger successes might be delivered at less expense by reorientating the security agencies to work better with the public.

Many Nigerians still do not get it, corruption costs lives.

THE ROLE OF ALL NORTHERN NIGERIAN WOMEN IN EXTERMINATING HOKO HARAM OR BOKO HARAM WHATEVER THEY CALL TEHMSELVES.

All Northern Nigerian women can play a very important role in the dismantling of the terrorist group. My Nigerian Opinon is that all the politically elected northern women, needs to begin to persuade their husbands, brothers, boyfriends, in-laws to come to their good nigerian senses and make them see the light and to stop the genocide. That the terroristic attack they are committing against themselves will eventually fall back on their individual family. Whatever they are doing now is affecting their families whether they recognise the fact or not. They should all be ashamed of themselves, killing their own brothers, sisters, children, wives, fathers, mothers, girlfriends, boyfriends, for what compensation. Their only compensation will be dinner with the devil. They need to ask themselves if Prophet Mohammed will ever take up arms against them if he was still here with them. I ask all those members of Hoko Haram or Boko haram or whatever the terroristic org may call thremselves to denounce the beleive they have been led to believe and confess to the Great prophet Mohammed and ask him to forgive them for their sins. They all can receive forgiveness, because they were all forced to do what they were not born to do. Mothers of all Northern Children it is your duty as mothers to ask your sons and or daughters if they belong to the evil group and if they do, please ask them as a mother to denounce the evil ways and help bring peace to their villages, cities, states and especially their families prosperity. All Northern Nigerian Mothers, Women, Ladies and Girls you have a duty to accomplish. reject the terroristic activities of your husbands, boyfriends, and men all over the Northern Nigeria and we will all prosper.

Such bigotry statement simply confirmed that we are all part of the same hypocrisy.
