I say erotic. The word pornographic implies something containing images of a sex act, recorded or witnessed live. A phallus or dildo, lubricants and assorted "toys" are simply items used during the act of sex and are not pornographic unless filmed or witnessed in use.
Phallic symbols are everywhere in society and the French have one of the largest in the center of their capitol. I don't think it is pornographic or erotic, but that is just my opinion.
